Brooke McClung

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Brooke McClung brings nearly two decades of extensive experience in the healthcare sector to her role at UNIFI Autism Care. Her 17-year journey encompasses a diverse range of roles, showcasing her adaptability and competence in various capacities.

Having contributed to prominent national healthcare organizations, Brooke boasts an impressive track record in workflow design and execution, process enhancement, project management, as well as training and development. Much of this expertise was honed during her 13-year tenure with a top-tier national hospital system. Starting as an Orientation Trainer, Brooke played a pivotal role in acclimatizing physicians, clinical teams, and administrative personnel to key aspects like customer service, insurance intricacies, medical/billing coding, and EMR systems.

Ascending the ranks, she became a Physician Liaison, managing workflow and EMR integration for 35-40 physician offices across northwest Indiana. Further demonstrating her leadership, Brooke took the reins as the Executive Project Manager for two critical programs: Executive Health Medicine with Fortune 500 executives nationally and orchestrating the operational nuances of Indiana’s school and employer-based clinics.

In March 2020, Brooke ventured into the ABA healthcare sector. As a Clinical Account Manager, she nurtured essential ties with physicians and referring providers across Indiana and Kentucky. Her trajectory in ABA then led her to the position of Director of Operations, where she oversaw referral relationships, workflow strategy, family integration, and key organizational metrics.

Now, as UNIFI’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Brooke’s vision centers on fortifying physician and referral alliances and expanding community engagement with healthcare peers. She’s also dedicated to enriching the healthcare journey for families and patients from enrollment to treatment. True to her spirit, Brooke remains committed to servant leadership, aiming to support those who need it most.

Brooke’s academic achievements include a Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Health and Human Services degree with a minor in Psychology from Marian University. Outside of her professional pursuits, Brooke enjoys life with her husband, Jesse, and their daughter, Paige.
